Early Check-In

The property reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event a guest departs earlier than the original departure date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before check-in qualify for a 75% refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours incur a 50% charge of the booking amount. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable. Guests departing early will not receive refunds for the remaining nights. Bookings under special promotional rates are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Some rates may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date, which will be noted at booking. Group booking refund policies may vary; refer to your group contract or contact our team for details. In cases of unforeseen events like natural disasters or government restrictions, The Hangklip Hotel may offer alternative solutions instead of refunds, subject to policy adjustments. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
